I would have to sincerely thanks to Barry Hughes and his team Secure Mark USA for winning a case which although had all the doors closed visibly. But their expertise and guarantee are no spoofs or tricks. Someone had a similar mark registered already and my application was stuck even after several tries for myself and through attorneys.
