We required an urgent security clearance report for a candidate and were advised to use a certain service. The customer support was outstanding, and I want to specifically acknowledge a representative who was incredibly helpful when their app/website faced issues. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the multiple website problems I encountered during registration. It's important to note that it only works well with Chrome.
