Review Time
I tried this neckerchief on twice in a retail shop but it had a flaw in the knit on both items. So I decided to go direct. On receipt of my order, it too had the same flaw. I have decided to keep it as it’s such a lovely colour (Irish cream) and so soft and warm.
My return, which I sent on time two months ago, has still not been accepted and the cost has been refunded. My tracking document is not accepted, and I've been texting with different staff for a month. Nobody is really taking care of the situation and wants to find a solution. There's no phone number. Never again. I'm curious if I have to call a lawyer.
