Dr Valeria Bohrt Terceros is my Endocrinologist. I saw her today for my regular scheduled visit. She makes me feel so much better when I leave her office, than when I came in. I have a lot of health issues, but she says, we'll take one thing at a time. She will not just give me something to take without looking into every that may be not right for my situation. I respect her so much and trust her will my life. Her staff as well are kind and dedicated to doing a great job for their patients. Dr Valeria, keeps up with my PCP as well as with my Nephrologist (kidney specialist ). That makes me feel twice as sure that she's treating me completely. Thanks again for my doctor that gives 100 percent to her patients, Joy
There is no customer support available. When I try to call, I have to go through a confusing menu, and wait times are often over 20 minutes. Emails remain unanswered. We have not received policy ID cards, and my family members are not appearing on the account.
The customer service is nonexistent; I was transferred repeatedly and hung up on twice after long wait times. I was double charged, couldn't get assistance, and after canceling my plan, I'm still waiting for half of my money back. I would prefer to be without insurance than to deal with this service.

The hospitalist became upset when I asked if she had consulted with my loved one's doctor, stating they don't communicate with outside doctors. She also reacted negatively when my son refused a single unit of insulin. Following a series of events involving allergic reactions and infections, she insisted on sending my loved one to another hospital. After a complaint was filed, a Care partner visited to inform us about the transfer. The care provided was sloppy, and it’s crucial to advocate for loved ones in such environments.
This review concerns the Medicare service. They present benefits in a misleading manner, making them challenging to access. For instance, a grocery benefit advertised at $100 per month lacks the necessary qualifying conditions on the website. Additionally, a dental benefit is offered but excludes essential services like x-rays and crowns. Filing a grievance is cumbersome, requiring messages just to initiate contact. The transportation app is also unreliable, discouraging its use.
The practice manager at this location is the worst I've experienced. Staff are unhappy and patients are noticing. She misrepresents her performance to higher authorities while creating a toxic work environment. Many staff members are seeking new jobs due to her behavior. It's critical that she is removed before the situation worsens and staff members leave en masse, as no one feels comfortable speaking up.
