This hospital is the most disappointing place my partner and I have ever visited. They quote a fee that you pay, either at the facility or online, and then months later, you receive unexpected, exorbitant additional bills that you were never informed about. These charges come without any prior notice of extra costs. We've felt misled on two occasions. I'm sharing this review to warn others to avoid this facility, as I don't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. Today, I received yet another unexpected invoice, despite having settled everything already over three months ago. Please steer clear of this hospital; it feels like a scam.
This hospital is the worst my partner and I have ever encountered. They provide a fee that you pay, either at the facility or online, only to send you unexpected, high additional invoices months later, which you had no prior knowledge of. These extra charges come without any warning about further expenses. We feel cheated on two occasions. I'm writing this review to caution others against visiting this facility to avoid making the same mistake. Today, I received another surprising invoice after having already settled everything three months ago. Please avoid this hospital at all costs; it feels like a scam.
My partner and I underwent a comprehensive health check. The process was very efficient. We consulted with a doctor for an initial assessment and followed up once all results were available. He was exceptionally thorough, friendly, and addressed all our concerns. I highly recommend this healthcare service.
The reception staff at this facility are incredibly rude, particularly a certain lady with blonde hair. She raised her voice at me when I brought up ongoing issues I've faced with the practice. I had multiple blood tests done at the clinic, all of which were lost, despite my repeated inquiries and being told it would be escalated to management—nothing ever gets escalated. I was referred for an MRI at the same place, and I regretted not realizing it was the same facility. The same rude behavior persisted. This individual should not be in a reception role. Please reconsider your staff choices!
This place is absolutely terrible. I received a bill 15 months after surgery, which should have been covered by insurance but was overlooked. I then got a debt letter demanding payment or facing legal action. The accounts team has been awful to deal with after such a long time. How can they expect payment after all this time? The consultant was also unprofessional, so I advise staying away from here!
I visited the clinic today for a breast screening. I don’t recall the doctor's name, but I believe her assistant was very kind and uplifting. They created a comfortable atmosphere, and the entire team was friendly and supportive. These visits are delicate, as they can change your life in an instant. Thank you!
Booking an appointment was very easy, and I was seen quickly for a reasonable amount of time. The doctor was excellent and empathetic, taking the time to listen, reassure, and prescribe appropriately. I would definitely consider using this service again.
