Review Time
After a bit of a bad start with dispatch, my item got lost in the post, but Serene Vibe escalated the issue and I finally got my item. They even sent me a new one for free. I believe this was an isolated case and Im now loving using it. Very good product. skin feels smoother and clearer. thank you
Received my item! I was very sceptical, as I already bought the blackhead vacuum pro before I read any reviews. Then I read the reviews and I was fuming, thinking I wouldn’t get my item. I ordered it on the 9th November, and received it today- 24th November. Bit annoying wait time, but at least I’ve received it, and it is for a Christmas present. So I don’t know if it’s any good, but I thought I oughta do a positive review!
Avoid at all costs. Item never arrives, been 19 days since it was ‘dispatched’ with no updates. Was refused a refund as it’s ‘already posted’ but the timeframes are ridiculous, especially when they advertise ‘free express shipping’ on the website. It’s a white label product so assume it’s drop shipped from Asia (hence the delay and the fact that the company seem unwilling or unable to provide and useful updates). Plenty of the same kind of thing out there, buy it elsewhere!!! Will be raising a dispute with PayPal to charge back the money.UPDATE: item arrived on 26/10, 3 weeks after the order was placed with ‘express delivery’. Would absolutely recommend buying elsewhere, their customer service, while quick, is not helpful at actually resolving any issues. SereneVibe have also flagged this review with TrustPilot as ‘they don’t believe I’ve had a genuine experience with them’ 😂 so definitely take any ‘all positive’ reviews with a pinch of salt!
