Customer service is severely lacking

I recieved this product and it was working great, but it would not charge. It seemed as if the charging port was faulty. I contacted the company and asked them if they could replace it. I got a response asking for video of the item on charge, which i sent back. This was in August 2021, and since then I have sent 7 emails regularly asking for updates, and a further 4 emails to other email addresses i have found. I have not had a single reply since. The product is fine if it works, but dont count on any kind of customer service should you need them as you just get ignored.

The product, when it worked was highly effective, however after recharging it for only the second time, it doesn't turn on. Absolutely no response from emails. Poor customer service unfortunately.

Ignore emails…faulty product…awful service

I received the product at the beginning of September, after noticing the unit had quite a bad rattle to it when opened I contacted customer services to ask if this was normal before I used it, or a fault. After an email exchange they asked if I could send a video which I did, but had to chase up a week later to see if any updates, and again 3 days later. Finally on 30th September I had a response saying they were happy to send a replacement and could I confirm my address, which I did straight away.I emailed on 19th October to check as I hadn’t had the replacement, no reply, again I emailed on the 27th Oct, no reply, through their Instagram account, no reply!I have since emailed on 29th October requesting a refund as per their 90 day money back guarantee….no reply…and again 4th November…..NO REPLY!!!I don’t understand how the customer service went from being great and replacing a faulty product to never replying to me ever again!!!Awful service, really disappointing and I’m stuck with a faulty product.

Shocking experience

Shocking experience. Bought due to a celebrity advertising it and one use on the lowest setting and my face was covered in bruises.Contacted the company and was ignored several time contacted the celebrity and she has indicated that it shouldn’t do this and anyone this happens to is due a refund. Of course the company is ignoring my emailsI have now contacted a legal team who are contacting the company for compensation. This has went on far too long! Since March / April and still no reply! I am disgusted what a horrible company!!! Such bad customer service

Great product

Took about 2 weeks to arrive and was quite tricky to track. However once it arrived I was very impressed. Can't believe how good it is and for such a good price. My skin feels amazing

The product is very good...the customer…

The product is very good...the customer service was excellent as one part of the original was missing and they immediately sent out a replacement product too...it’s amazing how much dirt is removed from my skin and although my skin is sensitive it has been gentle and am seeing a good improvement on my skin.

Do not buy!!

Do not buy!!! I ordered from the company almost a month ago now. I received a tracking number around a week after I placed the order but then was told by Royal Mail that they could not deliver as the item had not been addressed correctly. Since then I have heard nothing bar a very unhelpful email to say they’ve already arranged reshipping so it can’t be refunded, but I’ve not received a new tracking number so this almost definitely isn’t true. I’ve send multiple emails asking for updates, if I can cancel my order and how I can complain to no avail. I really wish I had read these reviews before buying, and chosen to buy from a reputable company instead.EDIT: it gets better, they’ve now flagged my review saying it’s not genuine so I’ve had to sit and collate all the emails for trustpilot

Waste of time!!!

I bought this after seeing a celebrity on Instagram advertising it.I thought I'd give it a go, seens as it offers money back if not happy.Well I'm not happy, what a waste of money. Only thing it did was leave my face full of what looked like, love bites. The company will not reply to my several requests for a refund.**update** so yes the company did reply, finally!! But like on other reviews on here they have asked for LOTS of evidence to prove it isn't working and to see if I'm using it correctly. I don't have time to take pictures and videos over a period of time. Looks like it's just going to go in the bin!! Not happy
