I can’t believe that Blue Light are backing this scam. I paid nearly £20 for a 2 ticket voucher. When I came to use it, it actually charges me £1 for each voucher, but applies no discount. So for the privilege of purchasing this voucher, I get to pay more! Super!

While the website isn't the most modern, it does what it claims, and the instructions are clear. After purchasing, I received a voucher code for the cinema's website. Overall, a great deal!

AVOID!!! Using the voucher actually increases the ticket price: Voucher + Fees = £15.35. Direct from the cinema = £12.50. Both are for the same seat, but you can't see the fees until after purchasing the voucher. The terms mention a small upgrade fee for IMAX, but at £7 extra, it doesn't save you any money.
The service was appalling. I bought three tickets that cost over £21, but when I tried to use the codes, they said they were already redeemed. I had to buy tickets at full price, which was disappointing for my daughter's birthday treat. I'm frustrated and have tried to contact them for a refund but received no response. Avoid this service.
I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I never received the codes for my tickets and had to pay full price. They won't refund me for the vouchers either, claiming I can use them later, but I'd prefer a refund since I didn't get the codes on time. Communicating with them is impossible; they hide behind their contact page.
