I wanted to book a brewery tour as a Christmas gift. Even though there were no available dates at first, I quickly got a response to my email inquiry, promising updates. They kept their promise and soon sent me all the needed information, which was excellent.
I wanted to arrange a brewery tour as a Christmas gift. Initially, there were no available dates, but I quickly received a response to my email inquiry assuring me that updates would follow. True to their word, they soon provided the necessary information, which was excellent.
Unfortunately, the delivery service used failed to provide adequate service. They returned my package to sender at the first opportunity without making any delivery attempts on the agreed date or after my request for store collection. As a result, I didn't receive my purchase, leading to a disappointing experience overall.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The reason for my call was handled promptly and efficiently by the team and the Sales Manager at the distribution center. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. I had a very positive impression of the operation overall. Excellent!
