Poor Customer Support

I placed an order on November 23, 2024, expecting delivery in about five days to Louisiana. It’s December 2, and I still haven't received my package. They claimed it was delivered in Fort Myers, Florida, which is incorrect. I want a refund or a replacement sent to the correct address. There’s no phone support available, and I've texted at least ten times.

Decent but Challenging to Use

I received the penis extender today. It’s nice, but securing it is quite difficult, and adjusting the extension nuts is a bit tricky. I suppose practice will help.
