Review Time
I ordered three items on September 22. Two arrived within a week, but the third shows it was shipped with no tracking updates. I contacted support on October 1 and was informed that an investigation is underway. I would be happy with a refund or the item. Now it’s October 17, and I haven’t received any further updates.
If discreet shipping is important and requires UPS or FedEx, this may not be the right choice. The total purchase price for the two products that are being returned was about double the refund amount. They were shipped from two different warehouses, as per the representative I spoke with.
I purchased a product on September 19, 2020, and when I checked on the order, it showed as canceled. If I don't receive a refund, I expect to be compensated. I received an email about the cancellation and instructions to call for order confirmation.
