I have purchased spores from numerous suppliers. Shaman Spore has never let me down. Always a strong colonization and harvest. With other suppliers, I've had spawn bag contamination, never with Shaman Spores. Keep up the good work. I won't purchase anywhere else.
I have ordered several times for them~always quick on delivery, always helpful and I like their spores and have never had a problem with them doing exactly what they are supposed to do- I have also never had an issue with their customer service, so I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews I see here(which are from years ago so maybe someone new is now in charge.) :)
The selection and price is very good, but the customer service is really A+++++. Each and every order has been great, and of good quality. I did have a product not perform as expected, notified Shaman, and within the week was given a new product that was perfect. I highly recommend Shaman, and is my go to supplier.
Update from below: upgrading to 5 stars as they shipped my order and issued a full refund. I understand things happen and I'm thankful they fixed the issue....If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered well over a month ago and was given the run around 2-3 times. they lied to me about shipping and labels, and the spores never shipped. I finally asked for a refund, which they still have not processed.
ordered on october 30th of 2023 and have never recieved my spores , ive gotten 5 emails with nothing but excuses and now there entire web site is sold out and they will not respond to my emails now , garbage company if you want to know and even worse customer service i will not be ordering from them again , i recieved a order from pnw spores and they are on top of there buisness
