Cannot complete a registration
After years of being a loyal customer of Notino Spain, moved to Germany. I couldn't login to the German site with my Spain login, so decided to use my second email to register in the German site. The result? 'We couldn't complete the registration'
What a lame way to lose loyal international customers...
I’ve been buying in Notino for quite some time, big orders, perfumes. Recently my package arrived open, missing some items. It was not much but still. So I brought this up with the support and after endless email exchange with them I gave up. Not sure if that’s their tactics but I guess no more shopping there for me.
It was so easy to purchase what I wanted. I have used this site before as I always get aftershave/ perfume at great prices . I got regular updates on delivery and didn’t wait long at all for it. I purchased 100ml of Boss scent for my son for his birthday and the price was absolutely great .
I ordered several items from Notino, but one product was missing from the parcel. The delivery was sent via DPD, but according to consumer law the seller (Notino) is responsible until the goods are handed over to the customer. Instead of solving the problem, customer service simply repeats the same answer: “Our video shows it was packed, so it must have been lost in transport. Without packaging photos we do nothing.”My customer account even shows the item as “cancelled/returned” although I never received it and never sent it back. Still, they refuse to refund me. We are living in the modern century, and Notino still demands photos of a cardboard box as the only proof for a claim — ridiculous!To make it worse, on the Notino app you cannot even leave a real review. They manually check reviews and only publish them if they are positive. That’s why I am writing here on Trustpilot: to warn others.⚠️ NEVER buy from Notino. They are fraudulent and take no responsibility for missing goods.
My order was not delivered and they took no responsibility.I was home the whole day of the delivery, and no one came to my door. The DPD said it was delivered, but I did not receive it.I hope Amazon destroys Notino's business. I would never have a problem getting a refund in Amazon.
Lost a long time customer due to poor customer experience. I'd rather pay double somewhere else due to my latest experience. Notino only offers free shipping with DPD (if you're in Germany, iykyk). Now, I placed an order of a little over 40€ and because DPD has odd delivery practices - such as saying they attempted delivery but you weren't home, dropping your package 7 countries and 7 seas over - I picked the option to leave the items at my doorstep. The package was marked as 'delivered' but after digging through some other DHL packages left perfectly fine in front of my door, this one is mysteriously missing. Contacted support and of course the blame sits with me, because despite having location drop-off with zero issues for YEARS with another company, they can't do anything about it. Over 40€ worth of products gone, and just this one package missing from my doorstep - and Notino gets 1 star for poor customer support and for forcing customers to pay extra for proper delivery with a serious provider. Never again.
