The ease of ordering on the website and the deals are spectacular. When it comes to the bra itself very comfortable in the back and the under part which are always my issues with bras. My only problem with this bra was the cup size I'm normally a 34 dd and this one was a little too big, still wore them with little isses, but my 2nd order I am anxiously waiting.
The bra was poorly designed and constructed. The cups were smaller than they should’ve been. The back strap warped and didn’t sit flat. Also, the hooks were tiny and black against a black bra making them hard to latch, especially as they un-latched themselves during the process. Customer service refused my return request.
Received bra - doesn’t fit - I have tried countless times to get an address to exchange product. I get nothing but the run around. They did respond and asked for photos and I sent them; but they never responded again. Now, I’ll gladly send it back and I just want a refund.
Who is writing the positive reviews? Every other site is showing much lower ratings for this company and I agree. Their 100%Satisfaction guarantee is a lie. They will send you a defective, inferior product (if you receive it at all - it took several emails after my package was ‘sent’’ only to find out it wasn’t even put in the mail yet!), get your money, then change their refund/return/replacement policy and ignore you. Beware - the only way to communicate with this company is by email. There is no phone number or address listed, and requests for a return address are ignored. AVOID THE SCAM!
I’d give zero stars if I could. In my opinion this company is operating a scam business. A huge red flag: when the only way communicate with a company is by email; no phone number or address is provided. After ordering, I received a email that the shipment was on its way. I emailed the company 2 weeks later to find out where my shipment was to find out it wasn’t even sent yet! The bras do not fit correctly. When I tried to get a return address to send them back and get a refund I was told only defective products would be refunded or replaced; they do not issue refunds for sizing or comfort issues! If the fit isn’t correct, it’s defective, and what kind of clothing company will not let you return an item that doesn’t fit even when you follow THEIR guidelines to order the size?! I kept asking for a return address and a refund and they just keep going around the issue. I finally had to contact my credit card company to report them. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. All they will do is offer you a discount on another purchase. I never did get an address to return them or a phone number. I’m not even convinced my replies to emails were from a person instead of an AI generated response. Read all unbiased third party reviews before you consider ordering from them.
I LOVE these bras. They really do, do everything in the ads. No bulging back rolls, super comfortable with the wide band and straps. I barely ever know that im wearing underwires. I wear them all day on a 10 hr shifts in a warehouse and dont want to rip it off in the car on the way home! It's literally the most comfortable, yet still supporting and lifting bra I've ever had.
