Stay away from this company. I bought the 5in1 hair tool! Awful and cheap, wanted to return but all emails ignored, when I looked closer (should of done prior to buying) they are using a Dyson air wrap to advertise how it works, all the reviews on the site are fake! AVOID

No response to requests for tracking help, delayed by weeks and when it did arrive it didn't fit and was cheap. Despite claiming they have a satisfaction guarantee they do not reply to emails. I've tried again today and the website is down so it's evidently a scam site much like heyshape and similar.

So I wish I'd checked the reviews before my order as looks like I've had the identical issue as the previous reviewer! Order arrived speedily....which I only ordered as their website plastered everywhere '30 day money back guarantee' and 'hassle free returns' which couldn't be more of a lie. As soon as I asked to return for a refund they replied instantly offering me an exchange instead, and when I said no I don't need an exchange I would like a refund I then have had zero replies to a couple of emails since. So looks like they ignore any refund requests as part of the 'hassle free' process on their end! Still waiting on a response now but am not holding my breath at all for any progress.
