Review Time
I was asked on 30th January, to review an order I placed on 3rd January. That was so long ago I had to go back to the website for a reminder of what I had bought.
The ordering process was straightforward, and I was able to just put in the dimensions and thickness of what I wanted. Delivery took a few days because I opted for 'economy' service which takes 5-7 days. The reason for not giving 5 stars, is that although the order was very small in value - £3.60 for four strips of 4mm thick acrylic, measuring 50mm x 300mm, by the time shipping and handling at £8.29 was added, then VAT on the whole order, including the postage, the total cost was £14.27. This seems a little excessive to me, but I suppose you could call it a 'custom' order, which I could not find anywhere else. I am very happy with the product, but the overall cost caused a sharp intake of breath.

Delivery:- Fast, order placed Jan 28, 2026, 3:37 pm and received Jan 30, 2026 13:00 pm, items cut to exact sizes ordered.
Packaging:- Second to none.
Courier:- Professional, very helpful and friendly.
Web-site:- Easy to use, only caveat; you are unable to edit items in basket: adjust size or add/remove finish, etc. You delete and start again, not a show-stopper just a frustration.
Customer service:- Kudos to Jamie for his assistance.
