This isn't my first order with the service, and once again, the experience was outstanding. I purchased a specific knife model, and just like my previous transactions, it arrived in about 5–6 days to my location. The item was impeccably packaged, brand new, factory sealed, and clearly untouched. Everything matched the description perfectly. I am very pleased with both the product and the customer support. The service has consistently shown itself to be reliable and professional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I placed an order on November 3 during a Halloween discount and found a 10% discount code. Besides that, several items in my cart were on sale. The total for my order was around 360 euros. Everything was in stock except for one item that needed special delivery. After a while, I noticed that another item was out of stock. I understood that it might have been purchased while I was waiting. After almost a month, I received an email saying the company couldn't acquire the out-of-stock item and suggested a replacement with a new one at a 10% price tolerance. I asked if there were other options and proposed removing the out-of-stock item's value from my new order in exchange for a 5% discount. Instead, my order was canceled without my consent, and I was given only a 5% discount code, losing the larger discount from my original order. Some items were on sale during Halloween, and now they are not. I had promised one of those items to a friend. After canceling my order, there was no further communication. Now, I'm left waiting on my new order, my previous one is canceled, and I'm quite frustrated. Do you treat your loyal customers like this? I have spent over 7000 euros...
