I bought a sweater and received something that resembles one of those cheap sweatshirts you buy from Chinese shops because they are inexpensive. I felt cheated and strongly advise against this brand. Their refund policy is terrible; I think it's a way to discourage customers from getting their money back. Be careful because you have to pay for shipping!

Clearly a scam, avoid at all costs

Clearly a scam, I ordered two pairs of shoes for $200 and it's been almost three months. I can't even track my package because it seems to be nonexistent. I attempted to reach out to the support team, but there's no email available. When I message through their site, I only receive replies stating they will escalate the issue or that my package is delayed and everything will be resolved soon. No money, no package. Do not purchase anything from this fraudulent site.

No Response to Emails

I ordered shoes I saw on social media, and they arrived very late. If that was the only issue, I wouldn't mind, but I received the wrong shoes that looked nothing like what I ordered.
