They picked up on time and delivered correctly on the way out. They picked up on time and delivery was actually early on the return trip. The problem however, was the Email confirmation I received said my clubs were delivered to an address that was not mine. Thankfully, the email was incorrect and the clubs were at my home when I returned.
Clubs did not get delivered, nobody was able to help me. Had to buy clubs on my trip! Don’t recommend!
Nobody has been able to offer any compensation for the entire week of my trip. Will be $1500 for shoes, balls ans clubs the week of my trip. JUST bring the clubs on the plane, don’t use this company!!
With this being my first time using ShipSticks, I found the experience convenient and useful. The idea of traveling in the airport with my clubs seems cumbersome after using ShipSticks. They were very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. I will definitely use ShipSticks again!
