FINOM bank is an amazing bank I use for my small business since 2022 and I really loved it. Can you image that any other traditional bank can make instant SEPA transfer up to 40,000 per day for free? Can you image that you can manage all your invoices in one app which make accounting so easy? FINOM has all the functions you need for a small business and also very cheap. Not only FINOM also provides very quick and efficient customer service via chat. As long as you don't have too much cash business, it is absolutely the best choice.
Finom is a truly useful new bank—the staff are extremely helpful and the service is excellent. The last service representative, "Kuba", was able to help me within minutes and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The bank account opening process is fast and efficient. However, for a group of companies, it would be much better to have one or two dedicated customer relationship managers. At the moment, it feels like each SPV is handled by a different customer and onboarding team, which leads to repetition and inefficiencies. But comparing to other in general I recommend so far.
I required some financial statements from the previous year and received prompt assistance from a human representative after the AI assistant couldn't provide further help. Both support interactions were fantastic, and I obtained what I needed within a day. Thank you very much!
