This was my first time using the service and I was totally lost. Max was wonderful as he communicated and guided me throughout the process. I was stressed thinking I did something wrong but he took all the stress away. I don’t bothered to write reviews much, not many company I think is go the extra mile to help, but here from the moment I sign on and to the order arrived in HK, the whole way thro I can feel even we didn’t have/need Constant email exchange I can feel that the company is looking after in sorting out my order. The website at first seems complicated because there’s so much on the main page, but when you started to play around with it, it’s actually a very easy interface to handle and very clear. Once I gave them my order number and notify them the parcel was coming. And I have previously picked a box and service that I had selected from my estimated of the size and the weight of the Parcel that would arriving at their warehouse . And without anymore logging in checking in , and consolidating my order. They had shipped the order to via my preferred service I selected.. And the parcel arrived in prefect condition. That is why even tho my order had arrived a couple of weeks and I still asked the the link to here to write is review for them. Like I said I would after the completion of order. Thank team
