Too many Liar work for this company.
I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding recent experiences with TQL.

It has been my observation that loads are frequently cancelled after being booked once a lower-rate carrier is found, regardless of our strong performance history. Furthermore, there is no compensation provided for trucks that have already been booked and subsequently cancelled.

Additionally, I have found the compliance team to be unhelpful, and my account was recently blocked without a clear or valid reason. I would like to request a formal review of these practices and an explanation regarding the status of my account.

Less than a one star. TQL are a predatory broker. Hints the law suit they have going on. Called today and Terrence answered the phone. Had no idea about the load. When asked who did know, he got an attitude and hung up. Their rates are garbage and so it their so-called service.

I contacted TQL for assistance with a specialized load that needed to be transported from WA to FL and back for a trade show. This was my first time doing this, and I had a lot of questions & concerns.
Adric Garnett was a pleasure to work with - he listened to my concerns and requirements and came up with solutions and suggestions on how to make this happen.
Our load was collected in good time, delivered on time, and then collected at the required time.
Adric updated me each day regarding the location of the truck. He was my sole point of contact, and was reachable whenever I had questions.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact Adric again for future freight haulage needs.

THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CARRIERS. I picked up a load on Friday, and the delivery was scheduled for Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. The address on the Bill of Lading was incorrect, showing a location across the street from the actual delivery point. I was not informed of this change. Due to the union job site, the foreman recorded my time as an hour late. I had to wait for 6 hours without restroom access or amenities in my truck. The job site prohibited us from leaving our trucks for safety reasons. The company stated they would not pay my detention fees because I arrived late, despite my consistent communication with after-hours support. Every representative I interacted with was unhelpful and asserted I would not receive detention pay. I lost the chance to pick up another load due to the time constraints. We will be pursuing legal action as this company has a history of settling outside of court for similar issues. Please don't take advantage of people; we have bills to pay too.

Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Handling

My experience working with the representatives was incredibly frustrating. The load was booked as first-come, first-served with no appointment, yet when unloading issues arose, there was no clear plan or accountability. The driver was left waiting for days without guidance. The person who booked the load was unresponsive to calls and messages as issues escalated. Another representative was unprofessional and dismissive, repeatedly calling without providing information and disconnecting when clarification was sought. Instead of offering solutions, we were told to 'be patient' as the situation worsened. This is unacceptable, especially with a distressed load and a driver in a tough spot. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with these agents. The lack of communication and professionalism resulted in unnecessary delays and stress.

I’ve had a few challenging experiences, but every broker has their own style. It's common for people to complain more than to express gratitude, so for me, having two bad experiences out of 120 loads is remarkable! The company cannot be held responsible for customers who cancel. Dear team, I want to sincerely thank you for your invaluable support in keeping my business running smoothly. Terrible Experience with This Broker

This company is the worst to deal with. I strongly advise against carrying loads for them. We did a load for them earlier this year, and I had to repeatedly contact a representative to submit a claim. She was unresponsive, and when I finally got a reply, she admitted the claim had not been processed and was only submitted at the end of October. I asked when it would be processed, and she told me it would be in a few days. A week later, when I asked for an update, I was told she had no information. They are holding over $6000 of our money for a claim of $633. They lack answers on when we will be paid and have no one to assist us. The disorganization and lack of communication are astounding. I recommend that any carrier avoid working with them.

Not a Reliable Business Partner

The company aggressively sought my business, but I regret giving them a chance. After providing a quote and accepting prepayment (even before pickup), they returned with an additional charge. They were not transparent, refused to address the dispute with the carrier on my behalf, and showed no interest in maintaining our relationship. My current broker actively advocates for me in situations like this, which TQL did not. Instead of working towards a solution, they refused to negotiate and even threatened collections over a minor disputed fee. There are many excellent freight brokers who value transparency and long-term relationships; in my experience, TQL is not one of them.
