I was very excited to purchase my first item from Shiseido. However, after first use the item broke and customer service states that this does not qualify for a refund or an exchange. Instead I got offered a discount for my next purchase. There will be no next purchase from a company that sells such cheap low quality products that break so fast. I am now out of pocket nearly £200 on a product that does not work. Greedy greedy corporation :(

I paid £52 for two eyelash curlers and was sent a £3.50 bottle of bubble bath! The customer service is making me feel like I'm at fault! This is completely unacceptable.
