Review Time
I made an order and sent them money in € which can be easily exchanged anywhere in the world. They said they would return the money to me so that I can send it back to them in USD. I could not believe this but they insisted and I agreed. I gave them my account details which was uncessary as refunds are always instantly sent back to the source where they came from. Regardless I sent more information which they requested in PDF, until now, a service Rep. Bailey has not given me any refund. Last weeks she had many stories such as she needed many approvals from her seniors, taking a sick leave, etc before promising to give me an update today on Monday. I have made several calls before posting this review, she has seen all of them on whatsapp but she cannot give me an update about my money!
Expectations were not met. They have great potential especially since their main customer website performs well and is user-friendly to navigate but very different to their wholesale website. Check-out isn't effective. The back and forth correspondence just doesn't work, have to keep asking for shipping costs. Check-out can't be done manually by yourself but need interference and support of a 'direct sales representative'. The continuous messaging and waiting for a reply in the process is offputting. StyleKorean needs to step up. It takes too long before even executing and getting an actual order placed, it's way too much hassle. If this overall experience doesn't improve, you will lose out on customers as there's plenty of competitors. A missed chance as I've decided to place my order(s) elsewhere. Not recommended.
who else experienced scam with this company?I registered for the wholesale account, got approved and got transferred to a girl named Christine Lee. I've been talking to her for months before finally making an order as I saw Stylekorean got reviews from YouTube, instagram etc. I requested to make a small order for my pre-launch photography products which she said it was fine just need to send money, so I did..2 days later I kept emailing and she finally replied with you need to spend at least $2000, which I did send right after. a week went by with me emailing her everyday with no answer, a week went by she finally replied and said I talked to the warehouse team and you need to make at least $5000 USD purchase. I was desperate at this point, to start my business so I did. Turns out she said her email got hacked ( but she was still able to use the email???) and they cannot do anything for me and it is not their fault...She refused to let me talk to anyone other than herself, I reached out to the company social media accounts and still nothing. This is my first small business and already got scammed is not a nice feeling especially with Covid struggling to make money for myself and my new born. I can't believe there are people like this on this earth
