I began a $10K two-step challenge on 7/10/2025 and successfully completed step 1 on 14/11/2025. However, the system seemingly failed to provide any details for step 2. As of today, 14/12/2025, it has been a month since I passed step 1, and I've sent nearly 40 emails to customer service, posted numerous comments on social media, and even reached out via Discord. Yet, I have received no response from anyone on the platforms! I strongly advise against purchasing accounts from the service. You will end up losing your money! My experience with them, characterized by a lack of communication, feels like a significant scam and is exceedingly unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to engage in this challenge. I have all the evidence to support my claims, including emails and login details for the account that has completed all the necessary steps.

Not recommended to any one to buy a challenge.I have all the proof that what i say is true. i have all the mails and the login details to the account that is passed with all the parameters that was set.
I, Martin Strachota signed up for a prop firm named shockwave capital.After passing the challenge I paid the activation fee of USDT499 and received the funded account on 19 Oct 2025. I passed the min. trading days of 14 days with no breach on 10 Nov 2025.I traded the funded account from 100,000 to 104,213 and there created a profit of USD 4213. On an 80% profit share my share is 3,370 USD. Kindly initiate the payout. I requested the initiation of the payout process, but the firm shockwave capital ignored my request. I sent 6 emails over the period of 8 days .But received no reply. The owner of shockwave capital post on social media under Penny Pips: TIKTOP: @penny.pips I send several messages and post comments to the tiktok account.I also sent emails to his business address with no reply.Their scam trick is: shockwave capital let client sign up on their website and offer a prop firm challenge. After passing the test a final fee gets paid. When there is a paypit request, shockwave capital ignores the request per email. And ignored any communication and reset the MT4 trading account on their platform. The website also does not include company address or reg. number. After research SHOCKAWVE CAPITAL is even not a registered company. Clear SCAMPublicizing the details of this dispute, including this correspondence and all evidence, on relevant public forums, consumer protection websites (including Trustpilot, AXI, godaddy, ICANN, AODA, NCP, …), and social media platforms.21.11.2025They just deleted my funded account. Shockwave Capital Support sent me an (automated standard) email. They decided not to pay, as per the fine print, they have no obligation. A well-planned scam aka. ciminal. Customers have little chance, as they are not even a real registered company.
I’m really disappointed with how long it’s taking to receive my funded stage account. I completed all the required steps successfully and have been waiting far beyond the stated timeframe. The lack of clear communication and updates has made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.A prop firm should value traders’ time and maintain transparency throughout the process, but this delay shows a serious lack of organization and reliability. Unless things improve, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone looking for a smooth and timely funding experience.
Owner trades by himself on demo accounts, my 2 payouts of 1554 and 880 dollars on firsy they denied and on second i email them since last week almost 7 days no response but i am sure they eaten 250 dollars for accounts and my payout money as well.i wait for long time but now i am sure they are scammers Sostay away from this prop firm because owner is authentic scammer.i have all video and dashboard proofs so sharing real thing and can share anytime.
Pass 1 account and paid 120 dollars as whole and start trading on funded. Made 880 dollars and as per Shockwave after 21 days we can request payout but after completion of it since 2 days sending emails to open payout lock.After emails don't get any response and still hopeful that will get positive response.Write review as experiencing but if get good response i will rewrite it and give honest opinion.Support system so weak.
They deactivated my account twice and the most recent time they haven't replied to any email in close to a month.The was no violation on any of the accounts and they have gone radio silent. I have written to them asking for a refund with no avail. They're risky no real support, no real community. They're almost untraceable. Not recommended.
