Don't believe in their lies. They offer 1 +1 challenge, provide free challenge retry if you fail. I bust my phase 2 account on purpose after seeing so many people getting their payout denied. Emily from the customer service also started ignoring my email request. So that's why I choose to play my phase 2 recklessly because they won't payout anyway. After which, they still have the guts to send me an email to ask me to sign up for a new challenge with a promo code. Trying my luck, I emailed them back and say I want to claim my free retry. They ghosted me for 1week plus already. They kept replying to say those reviews are not their customers. But I can confirm that those reviews are genuine because I have experience every single one of it.
I've sent an email requesting a payout on my funded £5k, has been about a week and no reply. Initially I thought it was a scam because of the how long it takes for them to reply for a prop firm that claims to having $800k and growing to give to funded payouts. My account is still active, I get my payout and I'll be changing this review but as of now running low on patience. Update: my account has been disabled!

Had good comunication with Penny and the team. Payement was made and I ended being their affiliate cause i really liked idea of this prop firm.Everything went to the downside when it was time for my second payout. They answered on my emails with same answer (Its in a final stages of the checking in the past three weeks), on last two or three didnt even answer. I even contacted owner who ghosted me and started to post TT videos on how prop firms dont have to pay traders even if they are within the rules. Disapointed cause i finally thought that there will be trader friendly prop firm but its just another bad one in a row. AvoidP.s. I have all the emails and screenshots of my acc, even if they deleted all trades and put acc to 0 on dashboard, so dont try to deny me
I’ve been trading for a long time and have traded with many prop firms and I have been trading with Shockwave since they started. Their challenges and rules are by far the best and most transparent. I’ve had no issues with anything including payments/payouts & Emily the CSR is by far one of the most helpful customer service reps I’ve experienced in the industry.
Passed a 25k challenge waited sges just for kyc to unlock and 5 days later still awaiting review for live accountWas going to buy 100k but won't bother now Customer service just non existent I even did one step so not that crazxy drawdown they offer normal.like most props at 5% Update I hot kyc and instead of live gave me another challenge Wtf company and customer service are a joke
