Disappointing customer support

I ordered a pair of orthotic insoles in size 10 and paid extra for expedited shipping, but I received size 11. After one email and two phone calls, I was informed that the correct size was sent as it is a US size 11. However, they do not fit a UK size 10. I was also told that I would need to cover the return postage since they claim the correct size was sent.
