I've been buying bundles from the company for years and have tried their frontals and closures multiple times, each time hoping for improvement. The bundles are rated 4/5, while the closures and frontals are only 1/5. They don't match the advertised length, the lace is mediocre, and the knots are large and sparse. It seems they use leftover hair strands to create these units, with about 50% made from 4-inch strands. I posted a review with photos on their site, but it was removed. Please enhance the quality of your closure and frontal products. It's 2025.

I had to initiate a dispute to get my money back, as they were unwilling to let me return the hair for a refund. I even had a FaceTime conversation with the seller, who was quite rude. I won't be returning.
