A small part of the appliance was damaged upon arrival. I emailed the supplier who responded immediately. A replacement was sent the next day, and the damaged item was arranged for collection. Exceptional aftersales support that is rare these days. Highly recommended.
Disappointing experience. I had to make three separate calls just to follow up on my order. I was promised return calls with updates, but none came. The team struggled to locate my order. Eventually, they sent another product, but only after much effort from my side. This level of communication is unacceptable.
