It has been over 8 hours without a response. While the deal is great, customer support is quite slow. You get what you pay for.

Worst experience and waste of money

I bought AC: Shadows and first I received both ubisoft and steam credentials. But in the new guide there is only ubisoft credentials ending with @outlook.com. I am not sure if the username is correct but I have reached out multiple times and still no response from the team.
