For 3 weeks I have been trying to redeem my 100 dollar winning from Yay casino. They reply to my emails by saying “we are sorry for the inconvenience , we are waiting on verification and will let you know if we need any additional information after I have submitted verification and jumped through every hoop they asked me to. It’s really shitty that they had no problem taking our money and they never had intentions on paying me what I won. It’s even worse that it’s just 100 dollars and they are so corrupt that they won’t pay it. I have contacted the p ratio gaming commission and filed a complaint against this low budget scam artist casino. If you want to lose money, never get your winnings , deal with a bunch of garbage and lies , then have a ball at Yay casino

Rng is just one of the many variables in your algorithm and since you wont share the algorithm it deteriorates the credibility further. So what if we had it? We dont know your revenue, we dont know how many players currently online, we dont know any of the variables but rather just wanted to know which variables you use. Needess to say, expect the same level of theft by fake incompetence at yaycasino.comEDIT 4: Yet another week of "Noah" and "Leila" and whatever other fake names they make up telling me they're escalating things, followed my asking me to try again, followed by the same failures. They're closing in a week, and clearly don't intent to let anyone take their SC with them. These are scam artists. EDIT 3: After nearly two weeks, I could finally get back in, at which point, I got the ridiculous message about documents not matching "previous" ones and am locked out yet again. It's just a cycle of bad service and stupidity.EDIT 2: A full week after that initial contact, still nothing but "rest assured we're looking into it." Honestly, there's really no line between utter incompetence and running a scam. Either way, avoid them.EDIT: Since they left a comment implying they're looking at it: I sent them an email, they told me "Please note that you may login and submit a new verification request within 24-48 hours as soon as the system updates." And four days later, still locked out. AVOID.Worst customer service ever.Attempted to verify, got an error message claiming the documents I submitted (the only ones I submitted) didn't "match" my previous document, then got locked out. Spent a week trying to explain to the CS reps that I couldn't log back in to reverify, kept getting told to "log back in and try to verify again."Finally got a rep to reset by account, tried to verify, and the cycle began again.Between bad tech and worse customer service, avoid.
Yay! Casino is the best. They have paid me out $500 twice $800 once and I just won $9,500. I'm waiting to be paid on that but I'm sure they'll get me paid and then I still have a balance of $14,000 and I will cash out on that in the next few days cuz you can only cash out $9550.00 a day but yeah casino's been the best casino ever. They always pay out. I've never had any problems
