Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. The item needs to be returned but this company will not reply to my inquiries into returning. I’ve sent two emails already. Given the return policy on website this is infuriating and if I don’t get a reply I’ll be contacting my bank to resolve the issue via the fraud dept.
