Avoid Shysilk at all costs; this has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I ordered based on their promise of "Free Returns," but that is a blatant lie intended to trick customers. The products I received are incredibly poor quality, feeling more like cheap plastic than the silk advertised. When I reached out to complain, they refused to provide a return slip or any assistance. Instead, they demanded that I pay for international shipping to China, which costs nearly as much as the items themselves. This hidden requirement was never mentioned during checkout and is a total breach of trust. Their customer service team is unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly trained to avoid issuing refunds. I feel completely scammed by a company that hides behind fake guarantees and substandard merchandise. Do not be fooled by their polished website; the reality is a cheap product and a fraudulent return process. This so far has been a good experience. I am confused because I paid and order the item but it still says that it is waiting for more information to be shipped. I was needing this by Valentine’s Day. I am hoping that it makes it here by then. Website was easy to navigate. It still hasn’t shipped and it’s been two weeks so I am kinda disappointed in that and hoping it’s not late just because I am supposed to rate the website.

Poor service and subpar material. After placing my order, it took too long for it to be shipped. I tried to cancel my order via email, but received a response an hour later saying it was already on its way. I then received another email stating they couldn’t cancel it. When I received the product, it was poorly made. I've requested a refund four times without any reply. I advise avoiding this service.
