Not impressed with management team at 1320 2nd Street East Cornwall on as my name is clearly being red flagged by the manager over at that location and to all locations across town. Diane Bosko seems to think it's some laughing matter having me denied over 100 times for employment and having all other locations denying me with my much experience. Seems to also think my families situation of nearly becoming homeless due to not being able to get work since Ridgewood had closed down. Laughing about our situation in front of other employees that then contact me to let me know these facts. Contacted head office regarding this aswell. Cannot red flag people for trying to get a job completely unethical and unprofessional.

Lack of Service and Poor Quality

On multiple occasions, I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes without receiving any assistance. There was no one present to help, even though there were three other waiting customers. I eventually decided to leave. Additionally, I encountered issues with incorrect orders, cold food, and burnt coffee. We definitely need better options.

Disappointing Service Experience

I had a frustrating experience at the location in Springville, NY at 9 PM when I requested two steep teas. To my surprise, they refused to fulfill my order. I've been a loyal customer since it opened, and this was the first time I faced such refusal. I never expected to be turned away as a paying customer.

Never returning after daily visits.

I used to visit every day for coffee before work, but I won't be coming back. The hygiene is unacceptable, orders are often wrong, and the staff lacks knowledge. It feels like there's no support for locals, and it’s frustrating to see that Canadians aren't being hired. Why should we continue to support this place? The founder would be disappointed to see how things have changed.

Disappointing Coffee Experience

I went to a local coffee shop at 9:35 pm hoping for a nice cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was not fresh as I had anticipated! The cashier declined to make a fresh batch, so I ended up leaving with the coffee and throwing it away.

Completely disappointing in every way.

Completely disappointing in every way. Can't prepare a coffee to order, and cups leak, ruining your clothes. Even with 20 staff members, only one is at the storefront making all the drinks after handling cash. As the line grows, they still maintain 7 people at the drive-through. Despite them bumping into each other at the window, only one person serves in-store customers. While other fast food establishments manage efficiently, this service still fails to deliver. This truly is a disgrace to the food service industry. One star is still too generous.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

This place is incredibly disappointing in every aspect. They can’t prepare coffee to order, and the cups leak, ruining your clothes. Even with many staff present, only one person handles both the front and makes drinks, while the line grows longer. Despite other fast food places getting it right, this café still fails miserably. One star feels too generous.
