Review Time
I ordered a snow shovel and I want to return it. I never opened it. It is still in the original package. I have tried for 2 weeks to get a way to ship it back, and they are playing games in the emails. I sent photos of the unopened box, and go no response. I think this place is a scam. Stay away from ordering anything from this place.
I ordered a snow blower shovel they took my money sent a tracking number by email. Went to website put the tracking number in the number doesn’t even exist definitely a scam I’m calling my bank to try and get a refund
I placed my order on 12/16/2025 and did not hear back from the customer service team. I left a review on 01/11/2026, and after a few days, I finally received a response. I requested a refund, but instead, they have been promoting freebies and a 30% discount, without addressing my refund request.
Regrettably, I must rate this experience as one star. I would choose zero if that were an option. I placed an order for a power shovel on December 15, 2025. It has yet to arrive, and I haven't received any shipping updates or replies to the two emails I sent. However, they were quick to process the charge on my credit card. I've reached out to my credit card company, and contacting the Better Business Bureau is my next step.
On December 22, the company promised to send a new top cover for the broken snow shovel I received. Now, on January 11, I still haven't received it. Their response time regarding product issues is very slow. They have a 30-day return policy, but they ensure that the resolution takes longer than that. I will not order from them again and am left with a defective product.
The product is great. It is a true time-savor when power washing decking, external walls, and windows.The tech help was very responsive once I was able to reach them.The shipping time and assembly instructions that came with the product was very poor/incomplete. I encourage your company to include the videos that show how to assemble the product within the shipment.Best wishesRon Gilbert
I purchased a 3 in 1 weed eater and it works great trimming weeds, grass and really tough and long grasses/weeds. I also purchased trimmer head accesories missing 2 of them. Customer service re-shipped them and now all is well. I would reccomend this product. It works well beyond expectations.
