If you have a query about your investment the customer support team are quick and helpful in their response. I have had answers within an hour and one occasion was called so as to explain things. It doesn’t matter how small or silly your questions they take time to explain.

Changes to investment total.

I invested £9000 but the total quickly went down to £8997 which I took to be the way the market worked. After a few days it's back to £9001 so things are OK.

UNCLEAR PRODUCT INFO & TERMS

What kind of financial managers think a good business model is one that makes their business’s products and interest rates vague or complicated to the public? One has to download an app and provide sensitive data before one can access such basic clear information regarding the conditions of their interest rates which says “up to xyz%”. Am I the only one inclined to run in the opposite direction, or is SideKick Money’s website just user UNfriendly to those of us who prefer a concise relevant clear product summary and conditions?

Excellent support! I was trying to withdraw money and couldn’t. Turned out it was a simple technical matter of setting up biometrics.
