Signs are junk and you can see through them. They lie. They refunded $200 and I paid $300 four signs that went in the garbage and they sent the wrong size!Beware. Spend your money somewhere else and get good quality.!
I usually really like your design tool but it dumped me out deleting about 3 hours of work today. I had to start over with my detailed sign.I also don't understand why the same exact size sign comes in at several different prices on the invoice.
I placed an order on February 3rd for campaign yard signs totaling approximately $600.Payment was processed immediately.I did not receive any notification that the signs could not be printed. I later learned the company claims an email was sent on February 5th or 6th, allegedly to my spam folder. I did not see this email, and no follow-up attempt was made by phone or alternate contact method. When I called I was instructed to check from another vendor or company name via spam Instead of receiving my signs, I received only wire stakes. The shipping boxes arrived torn and damaged, and several stakes were missing. I was also charged shipping as if the full order — including the signs — had been shipped.The actual signs were never produced or delivered.After contacting the company, I received a partial refund of approximately $300, but I was still charged shipping calculated for the full weight of items that were never shipped.As of February 11th, I still do not have campaign signs.This experience created significant operational disruption during an active political campaign.I strongly encourage future customers — especially those working under deadlines — to confirm production approval, monitor spam folders closely, and verify shipping charges carefully before assuming an order has been completed because as the person on the phone said. It was a “glitch” in the system I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
