I booked this company to collect garden waste, and they confirmed a Thursday morning pickup. By lunchtime, no one had arrived, so I reached out via WhatsApp. I was told the team had been delayed on a job in Glasgow and would keep me updated. Unfortunately, I received no further communication for the rest of the day.My partner even took a day off work specifically to be home for the collection—time completely wasted. Despite being active on WhatsApp, the company stopped responding to messages and ignored all follow-up calls.What’s most frustrating is the lack of honesty. If they knew they couldn't make it in the morning, they should have said so upfront. Instead, we were left waiting all day with no resolution.Many others have reported similar experiences, and it seems this kind of unreliability is a recurring issue.
They answered with a date and quote quickly and were very nice. They said they'd be here between 9 and 1. They didn't show up and when I tried to call and text I got no answer even though I could see they were on Whatsapp. They still haven't responded to me so I hired someone else. The new person said this company is likely so cheap because they're fly tipping. No idea if that's true or not.
My husband arranged with this company to collect some rubbish from our back garden. This consisted of a sofa, microwave, hoover and wooden flooring. The company confirmed to us via text message that they would be with us on the morning of Monday 27th November to collect the items mentioned. The day came and went but they never arrived. I messaged them to ask if they could confirm an ETA or on a new collection date and received no response. My husband also called the company directly to clarify why they hadn’t arrived and when they would be coming to collect the items. He was advised that they would come back to him but they never did. We’ve still received no response from the company and we’re just glad that we’ve not paid them any money. They may be cheaper than a skip, but at least a skip is reliable!
