Ordering was easy, website was easy to navigate in order to find what we wanted. We got the product faster than expected. We bought the extra tall 21" toilet and it's awesome. So much so, we bought 2 more for the other 2 bathrooms. Those well be here in a couple of days.
I actually had to cancel my order so I never received a product. On the positive side customer service was able to process a full refund of the purchase price and they were very prompt on setting up a delivery of the product. They even reached out to me to verify the delivery address. The one negative issue I had was that it took hours to get a response from customer support as I believe they are not based in the US and have work hours that are opposite to central time.
Updated! I bought the Upflush toilet (600Watt) by Simple Project from Amazon for my basement bathroom. It is very nice looking and it is perfect for small space/area. Each flushing will run a pump with some noise but it’s not too loud. It can be connected to a sink (to clean hand) as well. The after sale service was also great. Mr. Levi took care of us very nicely and professionally. If I have to install a toilet in other small room, I will definitely do this product again. Within a warranty period, the monitor stopped working. I contacted the customer service and communicated with Mr. Levi via text message. He tried to help troubleshooting but it did not work so he sent me a new toilet’s pump but said the warranty of the pump would still be from the purchase date. However, I now have a brand new toilet (pump) and it is working perfectly!Note: The phone numbers provided by Amazon did not work. You must find the company’s phone numbers on line.
