This product is fake and has serious quality issues. The customer service only offered a partial refund, refused to accept returns, and took days to reply to my messages. What’s more, they just sell products from other brands on different platforms at higher prices. Do not buy from this seller!

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company. I bought a walking pad which had a motor fault and stopped working in under a year. They sent me a motor and told me I had to do the repair myself, which I then found out is unlawful under Australian Consumer Law. They refused to issue a replacement product for the faulty one provided or have a technician repair it. I've reported them to NSW Fair Trading and I urge you to do the same.

AVOID ADVWIN AT ALL COSTS: The Customer Service we received was absolutely appalling and their business marketing ethics lead me to purchase a item that is useless after 2 weeks of operation. Absolutely devastated to have wasted a couple of hundred dollars on this Company to end up with items not usable. Zero care shown by Advwin about their role in my situation and the financial distress it caused me. Super happy to take your money (be warned they also sell through Bunnings Online as well as direct) but if you encounter any issues, Good Luck with that. Their returns policy requires the customer to pay the postage to return items to them and then they will decide if a refund is going to happen. If refund isn't possible, then you have incurred the cost of return. Very quick to blame the customer for any difficulties and state the letter of the law to wiggle out of negotiating a resolution. Clearly a company that don't care for repeat customers. Would give anything to turn back the clock and never purchase from them. Consequently, a complaint is now being made by me to the ACCC requesting them to investigate the business practices of this Company.

VERY MISLEADING - DISHONEST

VERY MISLEADING, NOT AS ADVERTISED. PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR RATING BEFORE PURCHASING.Absolutely ridiculous bean bag sofa / chair. Child size, certainly NOT adult sizing as advertised Measurements are not even close to those that they advertise. What a waste of my time. AVOID! I’ve reported to PayPal and expect a full refund.UPDATE 19/12/25After threatening to take this company to ACCC and with total co-operation by PayPal we had the money in total to include postage into our account within the week, thanks to PayPal - they’re awesome!NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THE NET UNLESS YOU USE PAYPAL. Revolting company to deal with. They don’t answer their phone in person just a ratty verbal message in Chinese - say no more.

DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, eithetr directly or from another platform. I would give them a zero star rating if I could. My product malfunctioned after about 5 months. The company does not respond to emails. The contact phone number on their website is only a mobile number. Nobody answers and the outgoing message is in Mandarin chinese. An instruction on the website says to send a text message - they dont respond to that either. They wont [rovide any troubleshooting tips or copy of the operating manual. I dont know hpw these people sleep at night. It is no way to run a business.

My young daughter bought ,with her saved up pocket money,the Hollywood mirror being sold through big w marketplace. She received it weeks ago and contacted SW directly as there was no power adaptor in the box to actually power it up. They got back to her asking for a photo of the missing item. Seriously? Curious to know how she could send a photo of something that is non existent. Her money is wasted. Mirror isn’t usable for what it was intended.obviously without an adaptor it has no light up ‘Hollywood ‘ lights. Absolute rip off .

The Car Fridge disaster

The Car Fridge that I received was OK BUT the Operating Manual was a joke. Poorly written and bearing no relationship to the unit regarding the Control Panel. It was impossible to use. The kicker was that when I returned it, carefully packed, etc, they gave me a 50% refund. What an insult. Never again will I buy from this company, or TEMU.

1. Advwin (Bruce) took a week to reply.2. Bruce just passed the buck (couldn't answer two simple questions about self cleaning cat litter box (ie, why litter doesn't spread evenly to right hand side to cover urine/feces), and (why litter keeps getting stuck behind the rake)?3. We bought 3 of their 76litre machines. You,d think they,d be more responsive but clearly they're not interested. Will go somewhere else next time. Advwin heading to 'out of business.'
