Terrible Customer Support and Website

I tried to shop on the website, which is not functional on tablets, and the customer support form demands personal information, including a phone number, for a simple inquiry. The customer service and website are both disappointing. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again and would advise caution.

Avoid the soap sensor pump; it's not worth it.

Avoid spending money on the soap sensor pump. If you don’t use it several times a day, it will clog, and the company doesn’t support their products once the warranty expires. I purchased the premium model, and since it was used the least in my home, it naturally clogged and failed. The company doesn’t offer replacement parts, aiming to sell you another unit instead. I’ll stick with a traditional hand soap pump, which is more reliable, refillable, and much cheaper. It may require a push, but at least it works. Additionally, finding customer support contact information on their website is nearly impossible; they seem uninterested in helping.

Don't Spend Your Money on This Product

Avoid spending your money on this soap sensor pump. If not used frequently, it clogs easily, and the company doesn't support their products after the warranty expires. I bought an expensive version that was seldom used, and it ended up malfunctioning. The company refuses to provide replacement parts, aiming to sell you a new unit instead. I'm returning to a manual pump that is more reliable and affordable. Finding customer support contact information on their website is nearly impossible, and they seem uninterested in helping.

Unacceptable Replacement Policy

I accidentally damaged one of the components of my shower dispenser. Instead of offering the part for purchase, they require me to buy an entirely new unit, which is simply unfair. This is how brands lose their market position.

Absolutely Frustrating Experience

This experience has been less than satisfactory. They refuse to assist with broken parts and seem to only want to sell new products at high prices. I own several of their items and will be disposing of them all. Even makeshift solutions for trash are better than dealing with this brand. The customer service is terrible! They won't provide the part I need without tracking my past purchases from years ago. Who keeps receipts for that long? Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and I won't spend any more money on their products.

Excellent After-Sales Service

I had a great experience with after-sales support. Eight months after purchasing my cordless cosmetic mirror, I encountered a charging issue. I contacted their support, and they sent a replacement with express shipping! I'm very pleased with the service.

Overpriced and Poor Quality

I bought two sensor soap dispensers, and both failed within a few months. I also purchased a compost caddy that arrived clearly used, yet they refuse to accept returns. This company is appalling—best to steer clear.

Responsive Service for Defective Product

I had an issue with a two-year-old mirror that wouldn’t charge. The customer service was attentive and ultimately replaced the product. I appreciate the good service for an older item.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

I bought trash bags for one of their cans, but they were too small. I then ordered directly from them, and they were still too small. I spent 80 minutes chatting with their AI, which was completely unhelpful. I provided photos, but they claimed it wasn't enough information. They suggested returning the bags at my expense for a small discount on a future purchase. They clearly don't care about resolving the issues they create.
