Easy process, however the results took longer to arrive than stated on the website, and I found customer service quite unresponsive and unapologetic about it. If you say something on your website, respect it. And if you don't, at least have the courtesy to not ignore your customer :)
Excellent service! I tried them out on my first order after searching online, and this option looked the best of the kind. It turned out to be satisfactory, so I placed another order for a larger quantity.Both orders came at more than better than first class.
I’ve used this company several times without any issues, but was recently sent some very short-dated hard water test strips. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful man who apologised and sent out a replacement within 2 days- with a shelf life of 18 months. I judge a company by how well they respond when there’s a problem and SimplexHealth scored highly. Recommended!
