A significant waste of time and resources

This has been an enormous waste of both time and money. I moved to an area where security cameras are essential, and had to install a backup system because the original one disconnected frequently. I’ve never had issues with the alternative option I chose. The company’s claims about their product are misleading, and they failed to capture important events. I recommend spending a bit more for a reliable system and avoiding the excuses provided by their customer service.

Doorbell camera issues

I appreciate the base monitor and the convenience of the keypads and app. However, I've faced serious issues with the doorbell camera. After professional installation, it stopped working on the first day. I’ve gone through three doorbell cameras, but none have functioned properly. I eventually switched to a different brand, which works seamlessly. It’s frustrating to pay for a security system when a crucial component is unreliable.

Misleading service claims

Avoid this product. I purchased it for outdoor cameras, which were advertised to have a battery life of 3-6 months, but I only got about 8 weeks during summer. Now it lasts just 2 weeks. I reached out to cancel my plan and request a refund, but they were unresponsive.
