I've purchased numerous plants from the seller. The plants were stunning, well-rooted, and arrived in excellent condition. On the rare occasions when an issue occurred, the support team responded promptly and to my full satisfaction. This is my top choice for a plant shop, and I highly recommend it.
They have been truly wonderful, especially their customer service. I spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful and responsive. I've ordered three times, and each experience was excellent. Living in the UK, one of my deliveries got stuck in transit for almost two weeks. Although the plants arrived alive, they began to wither. The representative stayed in touch, guided me on plant care, and promptly arranged replacements when I reported the issue. That level of care is rare and greatly appreciated. They also offer a fantastic collection, with great sales. If you're in the UK, I highly recommend taking advantage of their deals. The plants are well-established and generously sized. Overall, excellent value for money and a seller I would gladly recommend.

Shipping to the UK was very fast. On my last order, they kindly sent a free Christmas gift of a wishlist plant! I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Musa Florida and a Musa nono, but received two Florida's; the nono was painted pink. New growth is white, not pink, and the existing pink faded to white over a month. There is no customer service to help with this issue. I also had a plant with root and stem rot upon delivery, and received no response. The plants are alive, but I will not order here again.
I love buying plants from the seller. I ordered last weekend and they shipped the plants on Monday. They arrived at my door within two days, always in great condition, well-packaged, and I can choose the exact plant during wishlist weekends. It's absolutely worth it!
