I have found it extremely irritating that payment for my artworks has been held up by over a month because of framing. Added to this the 15 to 20 days settling period for the collector and I have had to wait two months for my latest 3 works sold. On top of this these pieces were sold at extremely low prices. Of course this means nothing to Singulart, but everything to me.
I did not receive the letter notifying me of a sale. Only when someone contacted me on WhatsApp did things start moving. It never happened before. I had sales previously with Singulart, and it was perfect. I don't think it's normal to wait 11 days before contacting the artist to confirm receipt of the email. Next time, please get in touch with the artist in a couple of days.Also, I received an email asking for additional pictures for another potential sale, when I checked -all the pictures were already uploaded, and it seems to me that the sales agent did not even look. I wrote back to the agent to confirm that the pictures had been uploaded, but did not receive a response. It seems to me that the quality of support has declined compared to two years ago.I hope that I am mistaken, as I've been with Singulart for a while and had an excellent experience in previous years.
Easy from start to finish. The process of shipping was clearly explained. When I had a question, there wa an actual person that was very responsive by email. It arrived very quickly, especially considering the transit through US Customs. I would highly recommend Singulart!
