Support is good during business hours answers come in fast, helpful people. Weekends and after hours though? Nothing.Had an urgent thing on Saturday,heard back Mondat morning. I get it but if you need 24/7 this isn't the place

Shopify integration is solid,sync automatically, no comlaints there.Took forever to set up gift message fields though and we had to get support involved which added like a week.Works fine now but the setup docs could be way better for custom stuff
