I ordered a Plan B selfie deck from them after seeing it advertised online. Within just 7 days, including a weekend, I received the board, complete with a sheet of griptape and a sticker, delivered to the Greater Toronto Area all the way from Spain. I did try to reach out through their contact form and via email, but unfortunately, I did not get a response. Despite that, the item arrived faster than if I had ordered from the U.S., and it came from Western Europe! I received exactly what I expected, the shipping was reasonable and quick, and overall, I had a positive experience.

Their customer service was unhelpful, and they lack proper return policies, making it difficult to resolve issues. I will not be purchasing from them again.
