Borders on scam and fraude! Received the item but horrifying quality. Everything bad you read here is true. Bad customer service, difficulty returning bad quality long shipping. Just move on and don’t order here. Not worth it at all.
Over charged. Noticed excess charge on a bank account. Sent email to cancel order but Sketchigh claimed order had already been dispatched, but transaction was pending. I received no email advising order had been dispatched prior to 10/12/25. Company rep was not honest, delayed taking action unitl after cancelling order was not possible. Sketchigh refunded some of the overcharge, not all. Still waiting to receive order 22/10/25
Sketchigh is a scam operation. I was looking at the large packet of vegetable seeds. It appears to be an actual product. Depending on which ad posted on FakeBook, the price is listed as an actual list price from $34.99 to $49.99 for the same item. The sale prices range from $6.99 to $14.99 at the same time the other ads are running for many different prices.The other "Red Flag” spotted here by nearly everyone is the number of seeds in the pouch. The ads claim there are 30,000 seeds in total, but the pouch indicates there are only 16,000 seeds. That’s a lot of seeds for casual use and very few for a small farm like ours.I tried repeatedly to contact the company to get some clarification on the product. I failed every time. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY!!!
I ordered the Vanilla & Cream Body Mist Duo, but I received completely different products. I asked them to send me the correct items, and of course, I am willing to return the ones I received, but at their expense. They refused to refund me and instead offered only $15.I told them this was not my mistake, as I received something different from what I ordered. Their excuse was that they are just a small customer service team and cannot issue a full refund.I suggest you avoid ordering from them. The delivery actually comes from China, even though the website appears to be U.S.-based. Returns also have to be shipped back to China at your own cost—even if it’s their mistake.
