I ordered this product after seeing it advertised on Instagram. The website highlights a 4.5 star rating from around 40,000 reviews, which certainly looks reassuring at first glance. After purchasing, I decided to check independent platforms as well, and the overall picture there was noticeably less enthusiastic.
The product is promoted as “Made in Germany” and high quality. Based on the photos, I expected precise workmanship. What I received did not reflect that impression. The material feels inexpensive, and the map was not properly centered. It does not match the polished presentation shown online.
Customer support eventually responded, but only after I mentioned formal complaints. They declined a refund, stating that I had entered the wrong coordinates. However, the website automatically changes the coordinates with even minor adjustments to the map view, which makes this explanation somewhat difficult to reconcile with how the tool functions.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. I would strongly recommend checking independent reviews before purchasing and not relying solely on the ratings displayed on the company’s website.
I ordered a gift for valentines day, on februari 2.
But i never got anything. Now i am trying to get in contact with sketchmeup but there is no telephone number on line and no response on many e- mails.
So i would say never buy anything with Sketchmeup.
I placed an order on February 2 and have still not received my product. The advertised delivery timeframe has long been exceeded.Even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update and have received no response whatsoever, despite the company stating they respond within two days. This level of customer service is unacceptable.The item was intended as a Valentine’s Day gift. Due to the failure to deliver on time, the purpose of the purchase has been completely lost.As a result of the non-delivery and absence of any communication, I have formally cancelled the order and requested a refund. Based on this experience, I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider ordering here.

Hi I’ve ordered 2 magnets forValentine’s Day and express delivery. I’ve had no confirmation email that they have received my order no tracking number either. The money has been taken from my bank. I’ve emailed them and had an auto response saying they will be in contact in 1-2 business days this was last Wednesday still no email
