There's no clear method to request refunds or resell tickets. Although it claims to have a cooling-off policy, they assert it doesn't apply and do not issue refunds, despite what the website states. It's quite confusing to find contact details as well. This feels like a scam!

The company denied my daughter a carer ticket, despite her being a non-verbal wheelchair user. They only accept specific benefit documents, dismissing all medical reports. We currently do not claim any benefits. This is direct discrimination against my disabled daughter.
I had to download their app even as a guest. I had to provide personal details (why do they need my date of birth and gender?). I made a payment by credit card, which was confirmed, and was told to expect tickets via email shortly (that was 30 minutes ago). The order ID starts with 23, not 25 as stated here. I received a reply saying an email was sent, but I haven't received it!
Having never used this service before, I was concerned it might be a scam. However, I was thoroughly impressed with the quick and transparent service, from purchasing my ticket to entering the venue without any hassle. I will definitely continue booking future events.
